Hola! I'm Luisa Hernandez from beautiful Oaxaca, Mexico, known for its rich culinary traditions. I adore boutique hotels that highlight local flavors and ingredients. Though missing air conditioning, the roof fan and open window kept us cool in March.Just across the narrow street, we discovered a gem of a fonda serving authentic pozole and quesadillas. With another eatery nearby, dining was a breeze. The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, and I will undoubtedly choose it again. If you're seeking a true taste of local hospitality in the heart of town, this hotel is a fantastic choice. ¡Hasta pronto!
